When you decide to work alongside Illoura through your journey, there are some things you might want to know about how and why we sometimes keep your information.
When we first meet you, we will explain how and why we need your information. From time to time we may ask to you to confirm your details. We do this so that your information is kept up to date.
We may be asked to share your information with another stakeholder or support person, and under certain circumstances, we are obliged to do so legally. However, please rest assured that we will never share your information unless absolutely necessary without your permission.
We manage all of your private information in a secure system that is registered with state and federal governments for security.
If or when you ever stop accessing services through Illoura, you may ask us to destroy your documentation and we will oblige wherever possible.
